Ingredients
2 oz. Beefeater gin
1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup (for recipe)
¼ oz. Chambord black raspberry liqueur
2 raspberries, for garnish
Directions
- Pour the gin, lemon juice, and Simple Syrup into a Shaker.
- Cover with a Boston shaker and shake well for 15 to 20seconds.
- Put crushed ice into a rock glass
- Remove the shaker, and slowly drizzle in the Chambord until it settles at the bottom of the glass.
- Float the raspberries on top as a garnish.
