Ingredients

  • 1 oz. dry gin

  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup (for recipe)

  • ¼ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 3 oz. champagne

  • 1 lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

  • Pour the gin, Simple Syrup, and lemon juice into a cocktailshaker with ice.
  • Shake well for 15 to 20 seconds, and strain into a chilledchampagne flute.
  • Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
