Ingredients
1 oz. dry gin
½ oz. Simple Syrup (for recipe)
¼ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 oz. champagne
1 lemon twist, for garnish
Directions
- Pour the gin, Simple Syrup, and lemon juice into a cocktailshaker with ice.
- Shake well for 15 to 20 seconds, and strain into a chilledchampagne flute.
